Limy & Sam are NFNA Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. Both are Fitness Freaks with Spiritual Bent who believes in natural living and positive thinking. Their simplicity and passion reflects in their workout styles and connection with their fitness followers.
Limy is a Mcom Graduate served as Senior Accountant at a Global MNC before jumping in to Fitness World. Sam is a MBA Graduate with 20+ Years in International Corporate and a Certified Life Coach.
Both are Avid Readers and Believe in Positive thinking. You can find the great Aura of relationship with Friends, Family and Fitness Followers.

OUR STORY
20 years back my dad got diagnosed as “Diabetic” there was chaos in the family, it was followed by a heart attack which made our family financially down. My dad was a simple and hardworking person, no alcohol, no smoking, no parties. He was a person who ate all his 3 meals at home, but then why diabetic? Why cardiac arrest. The one & Only reason was the lifestyle
That’s when I realized there is a need for a health and wellness coach who can guide people to eat the right food at right time. I changed myself, but my dream to help people remained dream till 2011.
Things changed when I met my life partner Limy, whose dreams was resonating with my dream. The Journey started again and transpired to “Samnlimy.com”
