4.1 Billing

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

A customer can purchase any Courses or training(s) program offered by Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

4.2 Refund Policy

We Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub offer 100% money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with our services that you purchased, report us within 7 days of purchase. You are eligible for a full reimbursement. Within 14 calendar days your money will be refunded to your account from your complaint date.

After 7 days of purchase, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try our services in the 1st 5 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

  1. Access to previous purchases and contents

5.1 Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, after acquiring Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub training, you may download recorded sessions of acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub training or services that you purchased may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

5.2 Content and Courseware

As a part of our Services offered through our Website, we shall grant you access to our content, courseware, practice tests, and other information, documents, and data which may be in audio, video, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any machine-readable format in relation to the specific purchased or offered training course you have registered for (“Content and Courseware”).

We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content and Courseware offered to you. In the event such an amendment, revision or updating occurs, we may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.

5.3 Live Training Session

The training(s) is delivered in Live Session Mode.
Update on Live Sessions is provided via Email and/or in WhatsApp Support Group, whereas, self-paced learning material and recordings can be accessed from the portal (when available).

Schedule of Live Sessions and the Trainer delivering the session is subject to change, under various circumstances, without prior information.

In case of session cancellation or postpone in schedule, information will be provided prior to the immediate session via Email or in dedicated WhatsApp Group or both.

  1. Customer Support

For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the contact us section on home page of our website. We will use reasonable endeavors to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame, but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.

For all the paid members, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon registration under any program(s).

  1. Rights you grant us

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub deems fit.

We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.

Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third-party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

Any failure by Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub or any third-party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub’s or the applicable third-party beneficiary’s right to do so.

As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
  • Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
  • Any activity in which you engage on or through the Samnlimy Health & Wellness Hub Service; and
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
